The core purpose of this project was to design and build a lifestyle property that enabled a feeling of
sophistication within the home, whilst connecting to the larger property, nature, and most importantly; the home owners horses.
Project scope
Bespoke commercial sheds, lifestyle bar, horse stables
and barn, demolition and re-build of the homestead, tennis courts, rammed earth walls, swimming pool, and an equestrian store; a complete and comprehensive design and build project to bring to life an exceptional vision.
The Stable project scope is the prime example of a full lifestyle build. With requirements extending
well past a standard construction project, interlacing the need for creativity, sustainable building practices, and exceptional quality in construction.
